Nunnawauk Meadows is owned by a special non-profit corporation, Newtown Housing for the Elderly, Inc., composed of individuals who care especially about the elderly and persons with disabilities. The design of the facility and the program reflect its concern for you individually.
Nunnawauk Meadows currently provides 134 comfortable and affordable, unfurnished homes. It is situated on 65 acres of attractive and well-maintained grounds. The facility offers:

- An attractive, well-equipped community room with a fireplace.
- Social activities and entertainment programs.
- A staff of qualified personnel to assist you.
Each resident is responsible for heat, electricity, hot water, cable TV and phone services. With independent metering of each apartment, each resident has control over his/her utility costs.
